NYA Sport supplies custom corporate uniforms, branded staff shirts and workwear to businesses across Sydney and the rest of Australia. Embroidered polos for a six-person office, hi-vis for a field crew, a full uniform programme across multiple sites — we quote it, mock it up, produce it and deliver it, with no minimum order. Every garment is fully customisable, and most orders run four to six weeks.
We started out making teamwear for football clubs, which means we are used to getting a full roster kitted out in matching gear, to a deadline, with every size accounted for. Outfitting a workforce turns out to be much the same problem.
Fully customisable, not just a logo on a blank
Most uniform suppliers sell you a stock garment with your logo stitched on the chest. We can do that, and sometimes it is the right answer. But the garments themselves are fully customisable: fabric weight and composition, cut and fit, colourways, panel and trim detail, collar and cuff finishes, and where your branding sits. If your brand runs on a specific green, we build to that green rather than to the closest thing in a catalogue.
That matters most where the uniform is customer-facing and you want it to look designed rather than ordered. Where compliance drives the decision — hi-vis in particular — working from an established, certified range is often the smarter call, and we will say so.

Office and client-facing teams
For staff who deal with customers, the uniform has to look like part of the brand rather than a giveaway t-shirt. We supply embroidered polo shirts, short and long sleeve business shirts, knitwear and pullovers, softshell jackets, and corporate dresses and skirts. Logos are usually embroidered on these ranges, which reads as more considered than a printed logo and survives frequent washing.
Trades, cleaning and hi-vis
For crews working on site, durability and compliance matter more than anything. We supply hi-vis polos in day and day/night configurations, hi-vis vests and jackets, work trousers, and heavier cotton-polyester blends that stand up to industrial laundering. If your crews need to meet a particular standard, tell us which one and we will quote garments that meet it.
Hospitality, events and everything else
Aprons, caps, tees and lightweight layers for venues, events and casual-uniform workplaces. Caps can be embroidered or fully sublimated depending on the artwork and the look you want.
Embroidery, printing or sublimation
Which decoration method you use changes how the uniform looks, how much it costs and how long it lasts. There is no single right answer, so here is the honest version:
- Embroidery — stitched directly into the fabric. Best for polos, business shirts, jackets and caps. It looks premium, it does not crack or peel, and it handles hot industrial washes. Less suited to very fine detail or large designs, and to fabrics too light to carry the stitching.
- Screen printing — ink applied to the surface. Best for large, bold artwork and for higher volumes, where the per-unit cost drops away sharply. Best value when you are ordering a lot of the same thing.
- Sublimation — the design is dyed into the fabric itself. Best where colour needs to run edge to edge, or where the artwork is too complex or too colourful to embroider. It does not add weight or texture, so it suits performance fabrics.
We will tell you which one suits your logo and your garment. If your artwork is going to look poor embroidered at small scale, we would rather say so up front than deliver a thousand units you are not happy with.
Turnaround
Turnaround depends on your requirements — the quantity, the garment types, and how much customisation is involved. As a general guide, most corporate uniform orders run four to six weeks from the point you approve your mock-up.
Fully custom-made garments sit at the longer end of that range; simpler orders decorating established stock can move faster. If you are working to a fixed date — a store opening, a conference, a new site going live — tell us at quote stage rather than after, and we will confirm in writing whether your deadline is achievable before you commit to anything.
No minimum order
Plenty of uniform suppliers will not talk to you under fifty units. We will. A twelve-person business gets the same fabric, the same decoration quality and the same process as a five-hundred-person rollout. Smaller runs do carry a higher per-unit cost, and that will be set out clearly in your quote rather than buried in it.
Reorders and new starters
The part most businesses underestimate is what happens six months later, when three people have joined and two have changed sizes. We keep your artwork, garment codes, colours and size history on file, so a reorder is an email rather than a fresh round of quoting and logo setup. You should not be paying to digitise your own logo twice.

- We produce and deliver. Typically four to six weeks, confirmed in writing at approval. We keep you updated if anything moves.
